Building Brand Presence for Italex Through Social Campaigns and Strategic Content

Client Overview

Italex Inzenering is a high-end sanitary and tile retailer working with more than 20 premium Italian brands. Known for their luxury products and architectural-grade finishes, the brand wanted to bring more visibility to its offering and modernize its digital presence.

The Challenge

Italex had a strong in-store experience, but their online presence didn’t reflect the same level of quality. They needed a marketing strategy that would not only increase visibility on social media but also connect with interior designers, architects, and high-end residential customers — the people most likely to engage with and purchase from the brand.

Our Approach

Over the course of a year-long collaboration, we implemented a comprehensive social and content strategy to bring Italex’s digital brand up to par with its in-store experience.

We started with social media management — running their Facebook and Instagram accounts, creating 15–20 monthly posts featuring product highlights, design inspiration, and updates from their showroom. To engage the audience, we ran two giveaways and launched interactive campaigns that encouraged user participation and built community.

In parallel, we ran targeted paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, using a mix of video, carousel, and static ads to showcase the elegance and quality of Italex products.

To build authority, we created educational blog content, including expert interviews and design trend articles — content that could be shared across channels and help Italex position itself as a go-to source for premium interior materials.

We also led a series of on-site photo shoots at Italex showrooms and client locations, building up a library of high-quality content to use across digital campaigns.
