Increasing Digital Presence for Ceramics and Sanitary Ware
Italex Inzenering is a brand with a lot of history and offers unique luxury brands and innovative products in their store, but due to their low digital presence, they were lagging behind the competitors. In order to attract new customers, we needed to reach the right target group, though the right channels.

The first step was determining who the target customers are, understanding their needs, and discovering the best way to reach them. We determined that they spent most of their time on Facebook and Instagram, so we developed communication strategies for both platforms. Our campaigns focused on educating the customer about the styles and innovations Italex Inzenering offers, promoting projects, and collaborating with interior designers and architects.
